The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. Coffee and bread provided all-day is a nice feature. Rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.
The lack of an elevator and bellman can be difficult for those with heavy luggage.

Room price and cleanliness were satisfactory and the staff was pleasant. The hotel's location afforded easy access to both the airport and downtown areas with a taxi ride of only 10 minutes. A 24-hour complimentary coffee, hot beverage, and bread station was a welcome convenience.
The lack of an elevator made our stay quite difficult as we were placed on the fourth floor. Despite the reasonable pricing, the hotel was not equipped to accommodate guests with large suitcases as no bellmen were available to assist with our luggage.

Good staff and free breakfast are the best aspects. the staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast is free and includes coffee, hot drinks, and bread. the hotel is in a convenient location, only a short distance from both the airport and the downtown area. the room is clean and cozy, which made for a comfortable stay during the Christmas season.
The worst aspect of the hotel is the lack of an elevator, which can be difficult carrying large suitcases. the WiFi was also disappointing as the receptionist gave me the wrong password and I had to go back up to the room to get it, only to find out it wasn't even available on the key tag.
